Our Work With Organisations

We work with organisations to support the wellbeing of all staff through provision of workshops, supervision and consultation. We particularly recognise that returning to work after a period of time due to illness, bereavement, maternity or adoption leave for example can be pose a number of challenges. With this in mind we offer 1-1 staff support which can be facilitated online or onsite (dependant on distance).

Workshops

Mindfulness is proven to aid anxiety and recurring depression. Many workplaces are beginning to offer specific mindfulness based sessions to their staff in order to support wellbeing and reduce absence from work. We can offer one off or regular sessions for your staff in your own setting.

Our Practical Mental Health Workshops are developed with you in order that they are relevant to the nature of your work and organisation. Sessions are written specifically for your team and focus on making sure content is engaging and relatable in order that  your staff  can use their learning not only in the workplace but in their wider day to day life.

Supervision

Feeling stuck ? Lost motivation ?

The term 'supervision' has different meanings in different professions. Here at Phoenix Supervision is about supporting staff members to reflect on their experiences, consider their challenges and develop their practice.

This is offered through challenging yet supportive 1 to 1 sessions which seek to open thinking, build confidence and  motivate staff both personally and professionally

1-1 Therapeutic Support

Returning to work after a significant period of time can be challenging for so many reasons. Often there's been change both in home and work-life and in order to adapt and manage these changes we need support.

Our 1-1 therapeutic support sessions can be held in the workplace, online or over the telephone. They provide your team member with valuable space to process their return to work whether this be after illness, bereavement, maternity, paternity or adoption leave (or anything else !), rather than feeling that they have been thrown in at the deep end and are expected to 'get on with it !', ensuring your staff feel, seen, valued and  ready to return.
